This Hydraulic load cell Cardinal Scale was installed in Milford PA. at an existing asphalt facility. The height of the hopper system had to be raised due to the existing concrete under the hopper system.
The scale was also customized with 6 inch steel sides welded to the scale to prevent asphalt from falling off the scale. Cardinal hydraulic scales feature a Lifetime warranty
This Hydraulic load cell Cardinal Scale was installed in Southampton NJ at a sand and gravel facility. Per the customers specifications the scale height was raised to minimize material binding under the scale. The raised height also required extended ramps and guide rails.
Additionally, the customers existing scale was disconnected and all electronics were connected to the new scale with minimal downtime. Cardinal Hydraulic scales feature a lifetime load cell warranty.
This Weightronix scale was installed in Newark NJ for a Paper recycling company. It required a custom foundation due to the un-level loading dock area. Additional rebar was also added as per city requirements.
After the foundation was completed the scale arrived and was off loaded by crane. Installation and calibration took one day.
This Cardinal Scale was installed for the City of Philadelphia (Fairmount Park) and will be used for recycling purposes. The project consisted of removing and disposing of the old scale as well as modification of the existing foundation to accommodate the new scale.
This scale was installed in Calverton NY for Island Shingle Recycling Corp. They are the first and only asphalt shingle recycling center in Long Island. Their new Avery Weigh-Tronix BMSP-7010 Portable Truck Scale will be instrumental in generating income for their new businessboth on incoming and outgoing shipments of used roofing shingles that are, eventually sent for recycling. The BMSP truck scale was installed in just one day, and will be generating income for them immediately. Island Shingle Recycling chose the BMSP as the portability of the scale will afford them the ability to relocate the scale elsewhere on the property or to a new location, as the need arises.The BMSP is a great starter truck scale for new businesses in a temporary location, or for on-site weighing operations in construction, or demolition.
This scale was installed in Port Newark, New Jersey. The project consisted of fabrication of custom base plates, and foundation to accommodate the scale in the loading area due to height, width and length restrictions.  All work was done to avoid any disruptions with the customers filling operation that was parallel to the new scale installation
This scale was installed in Florham Park NJ and also included multiple  traffic lights, access gates and video cameras. All of the equipment was controlled by an industrial PC which we supplied and installed. Custom software was written to control all of the equipment and data collection.
This scale was installed in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. It consisted of building a slab  foundation in a remote area, installation and calibration of scale.
This scale was installed in Jersey City, New Jersey. It consisted of building a temporary foundation for the new scale to eliminate downtime for the customer. Removal and demolition of existing scale. Construction of new foundation, installation and calibration of new scale in the original location.
This scale was installed at Fort Dix, New Jersey. The project consisted of removing the old scale from the pit. Demolish and disposal of scrap. Cleaning and pouring new piers, installation and calibration.
